Are Halloween costumes allowed?
Dress for the Induction Ceremony is “rock & roll chic” which does not include Halloween costumes or Halloween masks. If you’d like to dress up for Halloween, please consider joining us at the Rock Hall on Thursday, 10/28 from 5 to 9pm during which there will be a costume contest.
Inductions are so much more than just the Ceremony itself (although the Ceremony is off-the-charts dope) - we've got things happening at and around the Museum all week long. Check here for an ongoing, and constantly evolving list of all things Induction Week.

- Proof of vaccination (14 days past final vaccination shot) in the form of an original vaccination card, printed copy of vaccination card, or a digital copy with a photo ID
- Proof of an FDA approved negative Covid-19 PCR, Antigen, or Molecular test that is date and time stamped with full name printed on the test results within 48 hours of visit date and a photo ID.
Why are you doing this?
This decision is a result of the surge in COVID-19 cases as the Delta variant spreads and the level of community transmission remains high in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, where the event will take place. The vaccination policy is being implemented as an open-ended one, with any changes or reversals informed by updates relating to transmission rates, variant developments, and local and federal regulations.
How do I show my proof of vaccination or negative test?
Acceptable documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or negative test or a digital copy or photo of such Card or test.
What if I forget my proof of vaccination?
You will not be admitted to the event without proof of vaccination or a negative test. If you forget your proof of vaccination, you will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48-hours prior to entering the venue, along with an appropriate ID matching the name on your documentation.
What about attendees under the age of 12?
As the vaccine has not been approved for use on kids under age 12, a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of the event will be required.
