More COVID Details

As mentioned above, on Friday, October 29 & Saturday, October 30 all ticket holders must provide proof of vaccination (14 days past final vaccination shot) or a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours, along with an ID matching their name on their documentation in order to visit the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame or attend the Induction Ceremony at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Ticket holders will receive an email with additional details.

Fans with questions about their Induction Ceremony tickets should contact the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Box Office at [email protected].

Fans with questions about their Rock & Roll Hall of Fame admission tickets should contact the Rock Hall's guest service team at [email protected].

To meet the criteria for approved entry, guests must provide one of the following:

  • Digital Health Pass (i.e. CLEAR, Bindle) confirming that the guest meets the criteria for vaccination or a negative test within 48 hours (Recommended)
  • Proof of vaccination (14 days past final vaccination shot) in the form of an original vaccination card, printed copy of vaccination card, or a digital copy with a photo ID
  • Proof of an FDA approved negative Covid-19 PCR, Antigen, or Molecular test that is date and time stamped with full name printed on the test results within 48 hours of visit date and a photo ID.

Why are you doing this?

This decision is a result of the surge in COVID-19 cases as the Delta variant spreads and the level of community transmission remains high in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, where the event will take place. The vaccination policy is being implemented as an open-ended one, with any changes or reversals informed by updates relating to transmission rates, variant developments, and local and federal regulations.

How do I show my proof of vaccination or negative test?

Acceptable documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or negative test or a digital copy or photo of such Card or test.

What if I forget my proof of vaccination?

You will not be admitted to the event without proof of vaccination or a negative test. If you forget your proof of vaccination, you will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48-hours prior to entering the venue, along with an appropriate ID matching the name on your documentation.

What about attendees under the age of 12?

As the vaccine has not been approved for use on kids under age 12, a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of the event will be required.
